You will receive one PDF download dashboard file. This file have been created to help you choose and download your preferred planner options, stickers, covers, and icons in one place. We have also attached a video.

Please make sure to turn on the Read-Only mode by tapping on the pen icon at the top of the nav bar. In Goodnotes, you can find out whether you are in the Read-Only or Editing mode by viewing the color of nav bar. If the bar is turned white, you are in the Read-Only mode. Once you tap the pen icon again, it will enter the Editing mode.

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to download your file immediately at the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email containing a secure link to download your purchased files. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Our digital products compatible with apple devices (e.g. iPad & Mac). the apple device models that are still receiving software updates from Apple are recommended. Suggestion apps for Apple Devices - Goodnotes 5/6 (Recommended) - Notes+ - Notability Many people use digital planner on andriod devices. Digital planners are interactive PDF files which require a compatible note-taking app to be able to use hyperlinks, add stickers, write/type on it. Suggestion apps for Android - Noteshelf - Xodo Not Compatible with OneNote or Evernote.

We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read all associated details and asked questions, if there are any, prior to purchase. Refunds/returns/exchanges are also not permitted.

This product is digital no physical copy will be sent i.e mailed to you. However, you will receive a PDF that can be printed on your own printer or uploaded to apps like CANVA. In CANVA you can print your planner.
